How to be a Partner

*

Ashburton are keen to develop partnerships with professional organisations and intermediary firms, adding value through the provision of our investment services to their clients.

Therefore, we welcome applications from all firms or companies who have a private client base which may benefit from our products and services.

The application process should be initiated by completing the Confidential Intermediary/Broker Information document, together with the Intermediary Terms of Business, and returning these to us.

The forms are below in PDF format.

  4. A certified true copy of your company's Memorandum and Articles of Association and/or Certificate of Incorporation accompanied by a certified schedule of authorised signatories

Upon satisfactory fulfilment of our Intermediary/Partnership requirements, we shall formally advise you that you can commence introducing business to us, at which stage the Intermediary Terms of Business becomes effective.
